Eligibility to Use Our Shop

By browsing, registering an account or placing an order at Poppikn, you confirm you have reached the age of 18 and hold full legal capacity to conclude binding purchase contracts. Minors may only use the shop with the written consent of their legal guardian.

Pricing & Payment Regulations (German Price Transparency Act)

All displayed prices on our website are final prices inclusive of statutory German VAT. Delivery fees are clearly displayed on checkout page without hidden surcharges.

Poppikn reserves the right to correct obvious technical price typos and cancel orders generated due to manifest pricing errors, in accordance with German civil law.

Intellectual Property Rights

All Poppikn trademarks, brand logos, product images, text descriptions and design materials are protected under EU copyright law and German trademark regulations. Unauthorized copying, commercial reproduction, and resale are strictly prohibited.

Liability Limitation

Subject to mandatory German consumer protection law, Poppikn shall not be held responsible for indirect consequential losses caused by carrier delays, extreme weather events or third-party payment service failures. The maximum total compensation for any order dispute shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

For all consumer customers resident in Germany and the EEA, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. We comply with the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform rules. Consumers may submit disputes via the official EU ODR platform out of court.

Account Restriction Right

We reserve the right to permanently limit or terminate user accounts involved in payment fraud, repeated unjustified chargebacks, continuous violation of our policies or abusive communication towards our customer service team.
